On the 17th of May 2012 Jim Main and Joe Moon bravely battled the elements to cycle 240 miles non-stop from the Aberdeen office to our Annan office.
They did this in relay style cycling in 2 hour stints and resting in the accompanying van in between.
Proving what can be achieved by 2 men on 2 bikes over 2 days, they beat their target of completing it in 15-18 hours and arrived in Annan just after 9am on Friday morning.
It was all in aid of their chosen charities. Jim chose the RAP foundation which supports vulnerable children and young adults in Romania and Joe chose Breakthrough Breast Cancer. No final total raised has been given yet as money is still being donated.
The rest of APD Ltd would like to extend a massive well done to both men and thanks to everyone who kindly donated.
